Job summary
Novolex is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to deploy customer orders on the Distribution Center shop floor using WMS/WCS systems and coordinate with the Shift Leadership Team to prevent bottlenecks and ensure on-time shipping. Weekend day shifts include Fri 8AM-4PM, Sat-Sun 8AM-8PM, and Mon 8AM-4PM, with a focus on balanced labor and equipment utilization.
Ideal candidates will have a BA/BS or 3–5 years in Distribution/Warehouse Logistics, experience with WMS (JDA/Red Prairie) and ERP
