GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead for the Weekend shift (Friday - Monday, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) to oversee a warehouse team and ensure smooth operations. You will manage inventory levels, assign tasks, and coach staff to drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include 2 years in warehousing, 1 year SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners. Strong safety, policy enforcements, and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and timely orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service and safety procedures.
• Interpret and enforce company policies; safety compliance.
• Safely operate equipment and provide backup to management.
• Track orders, investigate problems, and manage goods/c supplies.
