Job summary

The Intersect Group seeks an experienced Senior Manager to serve as the primary subject matter expert for DC systems, processes, and integrated technologies supporting Distribution Center operations. Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a DC or fulfillment center operations role.
• Hands-on knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (MAWM preferred) and WCS.
• Experience with DC automation technologies and shipping/parcel systems.
• Translate operational needs into clear system requirements and documentation.
• Proven SOPs, training materials, and process documentation development.
• Proven ability to lead UAT, regression testing, and go-live readiness.
• Experience gathering business requirements and working cross-functionally with IT and operations.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the DC Operations SME for WMS, WCS, and related DC tech.
• Lead the team to provide first-level functional support for DC systems.
• Troubleshoot system-enabled process issues and escalate appropriately.
• Monitor daily system health, queues, and transactions across operations.
• Develop and manage SOPs, job aids, training materials, and process docs.
• Coordinate with IT and ops leadership to ensure workflow alignment.
• Lead system configuration, user setup, and security access for DC tools.
• Drive peak readiness and post-release stabilization for new functionality.
