Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to deploy customer orders from the Distribution Center, manage WMS/WCS workflows, and coordinate with the Shift Leadership Team to prevent bottlenecks and inbound/outbound delays.

The role requires a BA/BS (preferred) and 3–5 years in Distribution/Warehouse Logistics, experience with WMS (JDA/Red Prairie) and ERP systems (SAP a plus), plus excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving and cross‑functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in Distribution/Warehouse Logistics
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP a plus)
• Self-directed with strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize workflow using WMS/WCS to prevent bottlenecks
• Coordinate daily workflow with Shift Leadership Team and Lift Truck personnel
• Identify inefficiencies across replenishment, picking, put away and shipping; adjust waves and labor accordingly
• Monitor order queue and balance labor, equipment, and tasks
• Plan, release and ensure timely completion of waves and cross-dock opportunities
• Maintain and update shipping schedules and automation traffic controls
• Communicate wave progress and issues to shift supervision
• Support yard and door trailer statuses
