Job summary

Driven Distribution Group is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to support all warehouse functions across sales, dispatch, inventory, and logistics. This full-time, hourly role requires attention to detail, organization, and proficiency with MAM WMS, plus forklift and order picker operation.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with occasional extended hours for projects. Travel to other locations may be required to assist with setup, operations, or projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• 1+ years in sales, warehouse, dispatch, or related operations.
• Forklift and order picker certification (must be trained and certified).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with MAM WMS and spreadsheets.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and work in warehouse conditions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an operational liaison between warehouse teams and branch management.
• Process customer sales and returns in compliance with company policies.
• Handle core warehouse operations including receiving, picking, staging, stocking, transfers, and returns.
• Adjust inventory quantities to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Support dispatch functions for timely deliveries.
• Conduct inventory spot counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Safely operate company vehicles for deliveries or transfers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized branch environment.
• Provide cross-functional coverage during high-volume periods.
• Collaborate with stocking and operations to optimize inventory storage.
• Assist with shelving and racking improvements.
• Support branch and regional operational initiatives.
