Job summary

Lennox, based in Olive Branch, MS, is seeking a Supervisory role in Distribution Operations to lead a front‑line team in a high‑volume parts distribution center. You will oversee inbound/outbound, pick/pack, shipping, and inventory movement while driving safety, quality, and on‑time performance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in warehouse operations, strong leadership and communication skills, and hands‑on experience with WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
• 5+ years in warehouse or distribution operations.
• Experience leading frontline teams.
• Experience with WMS/ERP and related warehouse technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily DC operations across receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure on-time, accurate orders in a high-volume, high-SKU environment.
• Plan labor, equipment use, and workflow to meet service levels.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and order accuracy.
• Coach and develop frontline associates; manage staffing and attendance.
