Job summary

Vallen USA is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Coordinator to support daily warehouse and order fulfillment. You will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate inventory, shipping, and order workflows.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction. This is an on-site Distribution Center role offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: High School diploma or relevant clerical experience.
• Demonstrated skills using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Be a self-starter with the ability to work with little supervision.
• Demonstrate good time management skills.
• Must possess planning, organizational and execution skills.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and address all submitted DC Inquiries; follow up to assure timely completion.
• Take calls and emails from customers, associates, and collaborators to address questions or issues.
• Track shipping errors, inventory adjustments and non-conformances for reporting and root cause identification.
• Operate warehouse power equipment and research issues as needed.
• Attendance and leave tracking for the Distribution Center.
• Process and resolve non-conforming orders on exception reporting.
• Review must ships and priority shipments for expediting and completion.
