SoGood Plumbing, Heating, & Air in the Richmond area is seeking a customer-centered role for Friday–Sunday shifts (7am–6pm). You will convert incoming calls into booked service appointments, learn the script, and participate in ongoing training.

You will maintain our customer database and communicate with dispatch and management. This is a growth-focused opportunity with no on-call rotations for technicians.

Qualifications

• Proven customer-facing communication skills and the ability to handle calls professionally.
• Familiarity with updating customer information and using a script.

Responsibilities

• Promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming calls into booked service appointments.
• Learn and follow the call script to sound professional and authentic with customers.
• Participate in training to grow and develop as a pro.
