Job summary

Clearwater Living's Arboretum community in Austin, TX is seeking part-time Evening and Overnight Concierges to join the weekends team. The Concierge greets visitors, answers phones, relays messages, and delivers warm, professional service.

The role supports multiple departments with administrative tasks, assists during emergencies, maintains a neat front entrance, and upholds Clearwater Living standards. Weekend shifts offered; experience in hospitality or senior living preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of work experience in senior living, hospitality or related field preferred.
• Background clearances as required by government regulations.
• Must meet health requirements, including TB.
• Current First Aid/CPR/BLS Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer phones, delivering professional customer service.
• Maintain front entrance, lobby, and reception areas neat and organized.
• Sign in visitors, monitor logbook, and report suspicious activity.
• Sort and distribute mail; maintain lost-and-found.
• Assist with meal attendance tracking and room service requests.
• Support Executive Director and departments with administrative tasks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold Clearwater Living standards.
• Uphold professional image and wear proper uniform and name tag.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
