Job summary

Clearwater Highland Park in Dallas seeks a friendly Concierge to create a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors. You will greet guests, answer calls, relay messages, and support multiple departments with administrative tasks.

This front desk role emphasizes exceptional customer service and teamwork in a luxury senior living community. Scheduling is 2:00pm–10:00pm; the position offers excellent benefits and opportunities to grow within Clearwater Living, with a culture that puts people

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in senior living, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Background clearances as required by government regulations.
• Must meet health requirements, including TB.
• Current First Aid/CPR/BLS certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide a welcoming first impression.
• Answer, transfer, and deliver messages professionally.
• Monitor visitors and log sign-in/out; report suspicious activity.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail.
• Accept and report residents' special requests.
• Maintain the community's lost and found system.
• Order and replenish administrative supplies as necessary.
• Support Executive Director and other departments with admin duties.
• Maintain meal attendance tracking and alert staff for room service.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold Clearwater Living standards.
• Encourage teamwork through open communication with associates.
• Represent Clearwater Living values daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
