Job summary

Clearwater Beaverton is seeking a part-time Concierge to be the friendly first contact for residents and visitors. You will greet guests, answer calls, relay messages, and support multiple departments with excellent customer service in a luxury senior living community.

Shifts include Sunday-Thursday 3:00pm-7:00pm or Friday-Saturday 7:00am-3:00pm. You’ll help maintain a welcoming lobby, manage mail, and assist with daily administrative tasks while upholding Clearwater Living standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in senior living or hospitality preferred.
• Background clearances as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer phone calls, relay messages, and assist multiple departments.
• Maintain reception and lobby areas in a neat, professional state.
• Monitor logbook, assist with mail distribution, and track needs for residents.
• Support events and daily administrative tasks as needed.
• Uphold Clearwater Living standards and respond to emergencies.
