Compass Senior Living in Roseburg, Oregon is seeking a Weekend Concierge/Receptionist to warmly greet visitors, handle calls, assist sales and marketing, and help maintain a welcoming lobby. You will support elders and families, coordinate with the team on events and mail handling, and uphold our core values of goodness, loyalty, faith, and fun through a professional, friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors in person and on the phone and provide a friendly, positive environment.
• Assist sales, marketing and business office tasks as needed (events, directing calls, invoices, mail).
• Monitor lobby area to keep it neat and welcoming.
• Receive and send packages for elders and assist with questions as needed.
• Represent the community by modelling core values of goodness, loyalty, faith, and fun.
