Qualifications

• Experience answering telephones and/or in a customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and respond to questions with a friendly, professional approach.
• Answer incoming calls and take messages.
• Assist leadership with Life Enrichment, Marketing, and accounting tasks as needed.
• Monitor lobby area for a neat, inviting entry.
• Receive and send packages for elders and assist with questions as requested.
• Represent the community by upholding core values of goodness, loyalty, faith, and fun.
