Job summary

Compass Senior Living in Oregon is seeking a Concierge/Receptionist to welcome visitors, support sales and marketing, and maintain a positive lobby experience for elders and families.

You will answer calls, greet guests, assist with Life Enrichment, accounting tasks, and ensure a neat, inviting entry while upholding the community's core values of goodness, loyalty, faith, and fun. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to greet visitors warmly.
• Experience handling phone calls and messages in a professional setting.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English with residents and coworkers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support team tasks as needed.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and take messages.
• Greet elders, families, visitors, and team members in person and on the phone, creating a welcoming environment.
• Assist leadership with Life Enrichment, Marketing, and accounting tasks (events, mail, invoices).
• Monitor entry area for a neat, inviting lobby.
• Receive and send packages and assist elders with questions.
• Represent the community by modeling core values of goodness, loyalty, faith, and fun.
