Legend Senior Living is seeking a Weekend Receptionist to welcome visitors, answer calls, and support the front desk operations.

You will assist residents and staff with clerical tasks, help the sales team with tours and data entry, and contribute to a warm, professional community.

This role may require weekend hours and occasional evenings; prior office experience is preferred, and a friendly, organized, service-oriented approach is essential.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of basic office skills.
• Friendly, organized and service-oriented demeanor.
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet individuals arriving at the community and answer inquiries at the front desk.
• Answer the telephone and relay messages to appropriate staff.
• Perform clerical tasks such as typing, copying, filing, emailing, and handling mailings.
• Assist the sales team with calls, tours, data entry, and inventory maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
