Job summary

Distinctive Living is seeking a part-time Concierge for our Maumee Pointe location to provide exemplary customer service. This role acts as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a receptionist role and demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401k retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Must have six months of experience in a receptionist role or similar function.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Proactively assists residents, families, and visitors with questions or problems.
• Monitors entry area, greets visitors, and directs as necessary.
• Manage the inquiry process and facilitate tours of the community.
• Assist with processing new resident documentation and maintain files.
• Promote resident participation in activities.
