The Barrington of Carmel (A BHI Community) is seeking a Concierge to welcome residents and visitors, answer calls, and provide outstanding information and assistance. You will help maintain a safe, organized front desk and support resident engagement within a compassionate care environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to greet residents and visitors professionally.
• Proficiency with basic office equipment and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer main telephone line and respond to calls and emails promptly.
• Assist residents, families, and staff with questions and information.
• Maintain visitor logs, ID badges, and security procedures per policies.
• Share visitation guidelines and safety procedures while protecting confidentiality.
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere and help engage residents.
• Keep reception areas neat and organized; track and order supplies as needed.
• Report emergencies or safety concerns promptly to leadership.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Work Saturdays and Sundays, 3pm–11pm.
