Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Clear, respectful communication in writing and verbally.
• Friendly, dependable, service-oriented with attention to detail.
• Organized and able to use basic office equipment and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer main telephone line and respond to calls/emails promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff.
• Ensure visitor logs, ID badges, and security procedures are followed.
• Share visitation guidelines and safety procedures with confidentiality.
• Foster a positive atmosphere and engage residents socially.
• Maintain neat reception areas, files, and supplies; track inventory.
• Report emergencies or safety concerns to leadership.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Saturday & Sunday, 3pm – 11pm
