Job summary

The Dartmouth Group is seeking a Part Time Concierge to support a community in Somerville, MA, working Saturdays and Sundays from 11am to 4pm.

You will meet and greet homeowners, residents, vendors, and contractors; respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and by email; and coordinate maintenance visits.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of concierge experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, and a proactive, tech-savvy approach to daily tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of concierge experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
• Proactive, takes the initiative, and follow-ups with manager.
• Systems savvy.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet homeowners, residents, vendors and contractors.
• Research and respond to inquiries in-person, by phone, and email.
• Schedule maintenance contractors and vendors onsite.
• Receive, log, and distribute packages.
• Maintain a neat, orderly, and clean environment.
• Other duties as requested.
