Job summary

FirstService Residential seeks a professional to provide exceptional customer service, greet residents and guests, and support concierge tasks. The role includes monitoring access, operating security systems, and maintaining daily logs.

Responsibilities include assisting with clerical duties in Word and Excel, walking the premises for safety and monitoring, and resolving issues with escalation to supervision when necessary.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to quickly navigate building/property for duties.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service and greets residents and guests.
• Checks guests and service providers in/out and monitors access.
• Operates electronic security control systems and maintains logs.
• Assists with concierge services and performs clerical work (Word/Excel).
• Walks the building premises for monitoring and safety checks.
• Resolves complaints and escalates to supervisor as needed.
