Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service roles preferred.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking of English required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and guests at the front desk with a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Coordinate amenity reservations and respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
• Monitor building security and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports for shift handover and incidents.
• Communicate important updates to residents and team members promptly.
