The Pinnacle Portland, managed by Columbia Hospitality, is seeking a Lead Concierge to supervise front desk operations, coordinate amenity space, and ensure smooth building security. You will engage with guests, manage deliveries, and set a professional, welcoming tone for residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service roles preferred.
• The ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date information on events in the region.
• Know residents' preferences and build personal connections.
• Answer phone calls in a pleasant, professional manner.
• Coordinate and manage the community master schedule and events.
• Assist owners with service requests and coordinate logistics.
• Serve as primary point of contact for owner/resident communications.
• Monitor the community inbox and ensure timely responses and escalation.
• Provide administrative support to community leadership and scheduling.
