Job summary

Hcshiring seeks a friendly Concierge to cover every other weekend at our residential community. You will greet guests, assist residents, and manage front desk communications with a positive demeanor.

You’ll maintain resident logs, handle emergency systems, schedule appointments, and support billing-related tasks. Strong written and verbal communication and basic Word/Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests and maintain a professional, friendly front desk presence.
• Be the go-to for residents' needs and requests with a courteous, caring demeanor.
• Maintain a daily resident log and emergency information.
• Answer emergency responder and fire alarm systems and take appropriate steps.
• Schedule residents’ doctor appointments and activities to keep operations smooth.
• Distribute written communications to the right recipients.
• Support basic administrative tasks including copies and handling billing information.
