Job summary

Hcshiring is seeking a Concierge to join our team on every other weekend. You will be the friendly face at the front desk, greet guests, and handle calls with a positive attitude.

You’ll manage resident requests, maintain logs, and assist with scheduling appointments and billing information. Role requires a high school diploma and experience in a similar position, plus basic Word/Excel skills and strong verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a similar position.
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Be the go-to for residents' needs and requests.
• Maintain a daily resident log and resident emergency information.
• Answer emergency responder and fire alarm systems and take appropriate steps.
• Schedule residents’ doctor appointments and activities.
• Distribute written communications effectively.
• Provide information for billing and perform general administrative tasks.
