Job summary

Mativ Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Wknd Coating Assistant for day shift in Windsor, CT. You will set up and operate coating machines, applying adhesive to release liners and substrates, and maintain clean room standards.

The role requires English fluency, basic math/reading, mechanical aptitude, data entry, and teamwork to ensure safety and quality. Standard shift is Fri–Sun, 6:00am–6:00pm, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• English fluency and basic math/reading skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use measuring devices.
• Good computer skills for data entry.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate coating machines with adhesive on release liners and substrates.
• Prepare raw materials and position materials using equipment; follow safety and lifting procedures.
• Enter data into computer systems and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate wet or dry end and other coater-related functions.
• Assist coating team with changeovers, cleaning, maintenance, and efficiency.
• Maintain clean room appearance and organize workstation for safety and efficiency.
