Job summary

Mativ Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Coating Assistant to set up and operate coating machines, applying adhesives to liners and substrates.

You will manage wet or dry end operations, prepare materials, and assist with changeovers while maintaining cleanliness and safety in a controlled environment. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, fluent English, basic math, and strong data entry and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written; basic math and reading skills; mechanical aptitude; ability to use measuring devices.
• Must have good computer skills for data entry.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate coating machines; apply adhesive to release liners and substrates.
• Prepare raw materials for coating processes and ensure inventory accuracy for each job.
• Enter data into the computer system and maintain clean room appearance; perform machine changeovers and basic maintenance.
