Job summary

PACS is seeking a CNA to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents per care plans. You will identify residents before procedures, document clearly, and report changes promptly to supervision.

Maintain room readiness and assist with daily activities, while upholding confidentiality and safety protocols. The role requires a minimum 10th grade education and an active CNA license; CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with state laws.
• CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services according to care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any unauthorized disclosures.
