Join our team at Masonic Village Rehabilitation and Health Care as a Weekend Warrior CNA! We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with daily pay available. Every weekend you earn $26/hour, and every other weekend $24/hour for 8-hour shifts or doubles.
Shifts run 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, and 11 PM–7 AM. Burlington, NJ location in a caring, resident-centered community. We provide tuition reimbursement, health/vision/dental, a 401(k) with match, shift differentials, life insurance, EAP
Qualificações
- Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered CNA license in New Jersey.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.
Responsabilidades
- Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linen changes).
- Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical and emotional needs.
- Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
- Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
