Job summary

Milton Nursing & Rehab is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our 138-bed long-term care facility. We offer competitive pay, a supportive environment, and comprehensive benefits to help our residents receive excellent daily care.

Weekend Warrior shifts include double shifts with Mon-Fri off or single shifts plus two midweek singles. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available, with 8- and 16-hour shifts and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current PA CNA license is required.
• Active CPR/BLS certification is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Pass a background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Monitor residents' overall well-being.
• Assist with meals and hydration.
• Reposition residents to prevent pressure sores.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents.

Weekend Warrior Shift Type

• Double shifts every weekend (Monday thru Friday off, unless you choose to pick up additional shifts)
• OR Single shifts every weekend, plus two single shifts during the week. example: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday singles weekly.
• Work the contract Doubles or the 4/5 singles-get paid an extra shift free. See HR for Details.
