Join our team at Masonic Village Rehabilitation and Health Care as a Weekend Warrior CNA! We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with daily pay available. Every weekend you earn $26/hour, and every other weekend $24/hour for 8-hour shifts or doubles.

Shifts run 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, and 11 PM–7 AM. Burlington, NJ location in a caring, resident-centered community. We provide tuition reimbursement, health/vision/dental, a 401(k) with match, shift differentials, life insurance, EAP

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered CNA license in New Jersey.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsabilités

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linen changes).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.

• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.

• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well‑being for all residents.

• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident‑centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of New Jersey.

• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented healthcare environment.

• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high‑quality resident care.

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
