Job summary

Masonic Village Rehabilitation and Health Care in New Jersey is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. Daily pay is available, with shifts from 7 AM to 3 PM, 3 PM to 11 PM, and 11 PM to 7 AM.

Earn $18-$24 per hour with inclusive pay. You will provide basic resident care under licensed staff, assist with activities of daily living, observe changes, maintain a safe environment, and support a compassionate care team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in New Jersey.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care to ensure residents’ physical and daily living needs are met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
