Job summary

Masonic Village Rehabilitation and Health Care is actively hiring a Weekend Warrior CNA to join a caring, resident-centered team in New Jersey. Daily pay options are available, with weekend pay differentials and 8-hour shift blocks to support a stable schedule.

As a CNA, you’ll assist with activities of daily living, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with licensed nursing staff to ensure safety, comfort, and dignity for all residents in a 121-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered CNA license in New Jersey.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision in a safe, compassionate manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and linens.
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Every Weekend: $26/hour | Every Other Weekend: $24/hour

All-inclusive rates for 8-hour shifts or doubles

Shifts: 7 AM–3 PM | 3 PM–11 PM | 11 PM–7 AM

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of New Jersey.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
