Job summary

Masonic Village Rehabilitation and Health Care is seeking a Weekend Warrior CNA in New Jersey. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with daily pay options. Shifts include 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, and 11 PM–7 AM, with weekend differentials to reward weekend work.

Qualified CNAs must hold an active New Jersey CNA license and enjoy working in a team‑oriented, compassionate environment focused on dignity and quality of life for residents at our 121-bed facility.

Qualifications

Must hold an active, unencumbered CNA license in New Jersey.
Ability to work with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team environment.
Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to quality resident care.
Strong communication and ability to follow directions clearly.

Responsibilities

Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, mobility, linens).
Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and daily living needs.
Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable environment for residents.
Support care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
