Masonic Village Rehabilitation and Health Care is seeking a Weekend Warrior CNA in New Jersey. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with daily pay options. Shifts include 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, and 11 PM–7 AM, with weekend differentials to reward weekend work.

Qualified CNAs must hold an active New Jersey CNA license and enjoy working in a team‑oriented, compassionate environment focused on dignity and quality of life for residents at our 121-bed facility.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unencumbered CNA license in New Jersey.
• Ability to work with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to quality resident care.
• Strong communication and ability to follow directions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable environment for residents.
• Support care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Every Weekend: $26/hour | Every Other Weekend: $24/hour
All-inclusive rates for 8-hour shifts or doubles

Shifts: 7 AM–3 PM | 3 PM–11 PM | 11 PM–7 AM

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.

• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.

• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well‑being for all residents.

• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident‑centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of New Jersey.

• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented healthcare environment.

• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high‑quality resident care.

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
