Join our team at Masonic Village Rehabilitation and Health Care as a Weekend Warrior CNA. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with daily pay available and weekend rates of $26/hour (every weekend) or $24/hour (every other weekend) for 8-hour shifts or doubles.

Shifts run 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, and 11 PM–7 AM. We seek compassionate CNAs dedicated to high-quality, resident-centered care and a supportive team environment with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in New Jersey.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsabilités

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
