Job summary

Avow is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to support scheduling staff and patient visits in a part-time weekend role (two 12-hour shifts). The position requires coordinating clinician visits, coordinating with team members, and ensuring regulatory compliance with Medicare/Medicaid requirements.

The role involves high-volume scheduling, on-call duties, and collaboration with managers, HR, and incident command teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business related field.
• Associates degree and/or experience in office management, scheduling, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule staff and patient visits.
• Communicate with managers, human resources, employee health, and incident command team.
• Maintain staff schedules using scheduling software and ensure HIPAA confidentiality.
• Monitor visits for end-of-life and urgency, reschedule as needed.
• Prepare scheduling reports and track staffing and overtime.
• Provide back-up support for Care24, Crisis Care, CHC scheduling as required.
• Respond to scheduling changes promptly and coordinate with multiple departments.

Education
