Job summary

You will work on-site and may rotate shifts as a CNA, while also serving as a back-up HR resource. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience scheduling in the health care industry.
• Wisconsin CNA certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.
• Able to promote strong interpersonal relationships.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage assignments for the clinical team.
• Coordinate initial and ongoing scheduling for staff and patient needs.
• Manage medical supplies and coordinate in-service presentations.
• Support recruitment, retention, and customer service programs.
• Schedule resident appointments and arrange transportation.
• Work shifts on the floor as a CNA when required.
• Serve as HR back-up and handle customer calls.
• Provide direct patient care as needed.
