Topaz Fiscal Services LLC is seeking a Charge Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants. The role requires guiding daily activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high-quality care in a long-term care setting.

The ideal candidate will have an RN or LPN license and demonstrated leadership in nursing services, with strong coordination of care, documentation, and discharge planning.

Formación

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN/LVN license in the relevant state.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities in nursing care facilities.
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate nursing services and discharge planning.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing staff in accordance with rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Supervise nursing assistants and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Participate in the facility's quality assurance program and surveys by government agencies.
• Oversee nursing service documentation, reports, and discharge plans.
• Coordinate with physicians and other departments to maintain residents' care plans and well-being.
