Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing unit including scheduling and directing nursing staff.
• Coordinate use of personnel, supplies, equipment and facilities for safe care.
• Contact physicians and ensure timely interventions; document care.
• Review staffing patterns and census to meet resident needs and budget controls.
• Respond to emergencies and monitor resident vitals.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local, and company regulations.
