Qualifications

• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability to manage nursing staff.
• Must have a Nursing Degree (RN) or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess an active RN or LPN/LVN license in this state.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day nursing care for residents and supervise nursing assistants.
• Direct nursing staff in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure compliance by staff.
• Complete and review medical records, charts, and required reports.
• Coordinate with physicians and other departments to ensure quality resident care.
