Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must hold active RN or LPN/LVN license in this state.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
• Direct nursing service personnel to comply with policies and procedures.
• Chart and document resident information accurately.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Participate in staff development and supervise nurse aides.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents as necessary.
