Phoenix Management Solutions is seeking a Weekend CDL Truck Driver Recruiter based in San Antonio, TX. The role requires weekend availability, bilingual English/Spanish, and proven driver recruiting experience to engage, qualify, and move candidates through onboarding.

The ideal candidate understands CDL qualifications, DOT/FMCSA rules, and uses Tenstreet or similar ATS. Remote work options may be considered for the right candidate with strong recruitment performance.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability on Saturdays and Sundays is required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to conduct recruiting conversations in either language.
• 2+ years of professional driver recruiting experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of CDL driver qualification and onboarding requirements.
• Familiarity with DOT and FMCSA regulations related to driver recruiting and onboarding.
• Experience using Tenstreet or a comparable ATS.
• Understand differences between recruiting Owner Operators and Company Drivers.
• Strong outbound calling and candidate follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates at different stages.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Performance-driven with measurable recruiting/activation targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, qualify, and move drivers through recruiting and onboarding from contact to activation.
• Maintain pipeline and follow-up with candidates across multiple markets, including remote options.
• Ensure onboarding meets DOT/FMCSA requirements and company driver specs.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to meet hiring targets and timelines.
