Job summary
Dexterra Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a Recruiter (Bilingual English & Spanish) to lead full-cycle recruitment for salaried, general labour and trades roles across remote services. You will source, screen, interview and participate in offers and onboarding, collaborating with HR and leadership to fill critical talent pipelines.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with Smart Recruiters.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
- Proficient in English and Spanish; strong customer service.
Responsibilities
- Screen qualified candidates through resume review and phone screen.
- Conduct recruitment planning conversations with hiring managers.
- Determine sourcing channels for postings and suggest hard-to-fill strategies.
- Create candidate pipelines for future needs.
- Develop interview questions for hourly field-based roles.
- Coordinate offer letters details with HR and Workforce Planning.
- Prepare and present accurate offer letters and participate in presentations.
- Ensure onboarding documents are completed timely for new hires.
- Lead new hire orientations and participate in recruitment information sessions.
