Ethnix Group is seeking a high-energy, bilingual Onsite Recruiter to lead talent acquisition with a primary focus on our Transportation team and CDL-A drivers, while supporting hiring across warehouse, operations, sales, and corporate functions. This role is embedded with operations, building strong pipelines for high-demand roles and managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience recruiting for Transportation, CDL-A drivers, Logistics or Distribution.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and driver hiring practices.
• Ability to manage high-volume frontline recruiting in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for CDL-A drivers, DOT-regulated roles, and frontline positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies for driver markets and hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with Transportation and Operations leaders to meet staffing goals.
• Ensure DOT hiring process compliance and effective screening.
