Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
• Must meet legal age to serve alcohol and pass RS course such as TIPs when required by property.

Responsibilities

• Approach guests and coworkers in a friendly, courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain a neat uniform and grooming as required by the hotel.
• Greet and seat guests and assist with a pleasant breakfast experience.
• Ensure breakfast area cleanliness and correct menu presentation.
• Clear, reset and stock tables and service areas per shift.
• Support beverage and food service tasks as needed, including dishwashing and setup.
• Know room service standards and current specials in applicable departments.
• Carry out opening/closing procedures and end-of-shift paperwork.
