Qualifications

• Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy are essential.
• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel or related field experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests in a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
• Greet and seat guests promptly; ensure menus are clean and presentable.
• Clear, reset, and stock tables and service areas; maintain cleanliness throughout shifts.
• Assist in beverage and food service, including dishwashing and restocking.
• Know and explain hotel standards, menus, and local attractions to guests.
• Handle cashiering duties and end-of-shift paperwork.
• Perform opening/closing duties and station rotation tasks.
