Job summary

Highgate Hotels, LP is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to provide exceptional guest service in the hotel’s complimentary breakfast area. You will greet guests, maintain clean dining spaces, restock supplies, and assist with service and cashiering as needed.

The role requires a detail-oriented, friendly team player who can handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must meet local food-handling requirements and obtain a Food Handlers card as required.

Responsibilities

• Approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
• Greet and seat guests in a timely manner; maintain a clean and organized breakfast area.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items; restock supplies and maintain food safety standards.
• Operate the cash register/host station for opening/closing procedures and end-of-shift paperwork.
• Assist with cleaning duties including clearing, cleaning and resetting tables and beverage stations.
