Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Breakfast Attendant at Residence Inn Oklahoma City. You will provide friendly, efficient service in the complimentary breakfast area, maintain cleanliness, and assist in beverage and food service as needed.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. A Food Handlers card may be required by city or state regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
• Ability to perform job function with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
• Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Approach guests and employees in a courteous and service-oriented manner
• Greet and seat guests at appropriate tables in a timely manner
• Ensure quality control of menus with regard to cleanliness and appearance
• Clear, clean and reset tables and hotel spaces per instructions
• Assist beverage and food service, including dishwashing and stock replenishment
• Carry out opening/closing procedures and side work as assigned
• Answer questions about the hotel and local area attractions
• Produce high quality drinks including specialty coffee and tea drinks as required by hotel
