Aperture Hotels is seeking a Bistro Cook to prepare breakfast and lunch items for hotel guests, ensuring quality, presentation and timely service in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will maintain a clean, sanitized workspace, follow recipes, assist with inventory, and collaborate with the culinary team to deliver a memorable dining experience.

Weekend shifts Fri-Sun are available, with opportunities for banquet cooking on select mornings and training to grow within our hotel group.

Qualifications

• Prior cooking experience or similar role.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
