Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred in hospitality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Weekend availability is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, stocked, and sanitized prep cooler.
• Work multiple roles per shift: cook, server, bartender, barista, banquet server.
• Follow cleanliness and food handling standards; use chemicals per guidelines.
• Set up and maintain all food and beverage items during events, ensuring proper amounts and temperature.
• Adhere to policies on serving alcohol, wine and beer; clean up after service.
